Non-Furniture Returns Regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase from a store or order delivery. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund. A credit from our store will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located.
If a customer chooses to alter their merchandise to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to then accept the merchandise as a return or offer a refund will be assessed based on each situation.
Web Non-Furniture Returns Please include your packing slip or order number and customer name in your return shipment. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return. Shipping costs associated with returning merchandise to Josey Miller for the Home will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Furniture Returns Customers are asked to measure their entry ways and access points from curb to in-home placement prior to order placement to avoid delivery problems later.
Furniture returns have a 50% cancellation fee if the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after placement. Shipping costs associated with returning furniture to Josey-Miller will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All upholstry and leather furniture are regarded as custom orders. These items are made to customer specifications for fabric and leather, hence a custom order. Please see below for costom order return policy.
Custom and Special Orders Custom and Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and cannot be cancelled, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Fabric Orders Fabric orders cannot be cancelled, non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the fabric yardage is cut, the sale is final.
