We ship most non-furniture orders via UPS standard deliver service to arrive 5-7 business days (in the continental US) from the receipt of order.

Please contact customer services for lead times on furniture orders.  Delivery times can vary from 4 to 14 weeks.  Some deliveries may be sent on 18-wheeler tractor trailors - please contact Customer Services if your delivery address cannot accomodate an 18-wheeler truck.

Shipping charges are per delivery address, items that require us to ship separately will not incur additional delivery charges.  Additional freight charges may apply to some large and heavy items. Rush deliveries are not available for furniture purchases.  Please contact customer services for pricing on rush deliveries for furniture.  Additional charges will be applied for AK/HI and U.S. Territory orders. Minimum delivery charge for Furntiure orders is $175.  Shipping charges are subject to change depending on delivery location.  Should there be any change in shipping charges, you will be contacted by customer services before the order is processed.
